数理统计与数据展示资源
今天一上午没干啥正经事，一开始在netlib上瞎逛，想找个凸优化的solver然后monkey with一下。。。结果最后越逛越起劲，完全沉迷了。。。不过结果也不坏，蛮有收获的。越来越觉得知识的知识很重要——也就是需要啥时，也许你本身并不懂这个问题，但可以很快地找到获取该资源的信息。
鉴于我的收藏夹已经爆满，而且很多有用的资源时间一长便会忘记其存在，也许适时的记录下会比较好。把重要的资源在博客里做个简单点评也不容易忘记。
下面是今天上午的收获：
- 统计学资源汇总：http://www.math.yorku.ca/SCS/StatResource.html，包括算法实现、软件、绘图、各类网上数据集、数据库资源，相当全面了。
- DataVis：http://www.datavis.ca/index.php 一个统计绘图的专题站，关键是对作图的效果有精辟的点评，特别是一些有趣的专题比如“the Best and Worst of Statistical Graphics”和“the Milestone of data visualization”等。
- Comp.Graphics.Algorithms的FAQ：http://www.exaflop.org/docs/cgafaq/ 信息量非常大、包括作图的基本数学知识、入门读物、常规算法
